NYC Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw is operated and promoted by Freecom Technologies
Gmbh, Sachsendamm 3-4, 10829, Berlin, Germany.
2. The
prize draw is only open to residents of England, Wales and Scotland
aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Freecom their families,
friends, agents or distributors or any other persons connected
with this promotion. This prize draw is not open to residents of
Northern Ireland.
3. Only one
entry will be accepted per household.
4. The prize
of a trip for 2 to New York includes return flights from the UK,
accommodation and $500 (US) of spending money. The winner will be
able to choose a weekend (leaving Friday, returning Monday) of their
choice to take the trip, excluding certain peak season dates at
Freecom’s sole discretion.
5. No alternative
prize or cash alternative is available.
6. One winner
will be drawn at random from all the valid entries received on the
Freecom website.
7. To
claim the prize the winner must be able to produce, on request ,
the original prize draw sticker from the promotional packaging of
their Freecom product or the email sent
containing their entry code if they have used the free route to
entry. In the event that this code cannot be produced, the prize
will be awarded to another winner drawn
at random.
8. No purchase
is necessary to enter the draw. Follow
this link to obtain an entry code without making a purchase.
9. The closing
date for entries is 23:59 on 31st October 2008 in Great Britain
(UK time). Entries received after this date will not be entered
into the draw.
10. The winner
of the draw will be notified by midnight on 3rd November 2008.
11. The details
of the winner will be made available on the Freecom website by 10th
November 2008 or by writing to Freecom NYC Prize Draw, Crimple Court,
Hornbeam Business Park, Harrogate, HG2 8PA, with a stamped addressed
envelope.
12. From time
to time Freecom may wish to send you promotional information regarding
their products by email. If you do not wish to receive such emails
you can unsubscribe at the point you make your entry into the draw.
13. Freecom
are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information collected
for this promotion will be used by Freecom and its subsidiaries
only and will not be passed to any third-parties.

14. The winner
may be required to participate in reasonable future publicity relating
to the prize draw promotion.
15. In the event
of any dispute, the promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence
whatsoever will be entered into.
